REAVALÚO DE BIENES RAÍCES NO AGRÍCOLAS, QUE CORRESPONDAN A SITIOS NO EDIFICADOS, PROPIEDADES ABANDONADAS Y POZOS LASTREROS, UBICADOS EN ÁREAS URBANAS, 2021

La Municipalidad de Quilicura informa que según lo establecido en la Ley N° 17.235, sobre Impuesto Territorial, a contar del lunes 29 de marzo y hasta el martes 27 de abril del presente año, se exhibirán los nuevos avalúos de los bienes raíces no agrícolas que correspondan a sitios no edificados, propiedades abandonadas y pozos Lastreros, ubicados en las áreas urbanas. Dichos avalúos, determinados por el Servicio de Impuestos Internos, rigen a contar del 01 de enero de 2021.
